Beverly's Guarantee

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

  • Email us with a clear picture and video of the injured or endangered livestock. (Please BE AWARE that corals might take some acclimation time to open up on your system)
  • DO NOT remove the coral from the plug for 5 days or guarantee is void.
  • DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without Beverly's Pet Center authorization, doing so will void the guarantee.
  • DO NOT refuse the shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee is void.
  • Guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup.
  • It is up to our discretion to void your guarantee if we believe your tank is not in suitable conditions to keep your animals alive and healthy.

  • Every technician at our facility is trained to our high standards of packing corals. Each and every animal is securely placed in 4 mil poly bag filled with the appropriate amount of water.
  • From there the bags are placed into 1.5" insulated shipping containers to protect them from the elements and maintain consistent temperatures during transit. Heat and cold packs are also used if needed based on your zip codes weather the following morning.
  • The styrofoam containers are placed into corrugated boxes and shipped by FedEx to arrive at your doorstep the next day by noon (or by the end of day for very rural areas).
  • Contact our customer service team - you can either email us the pictures/videos at info1@beverlyspet.com or you can fill out the DOA form found below. Let us know if the water was either too hot or cold, or if there was some other possible reason for the issue (such as a Fedex delay). the more pictures the better!
  • Wait for our response - once the documentation of the issue has been submitted, we will respond to you on the next course of action for your claim. We will respond within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). do not discard any dead/dying livestock before we give permission to do so or your guarantee will be void!!!! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE DOCUMENTATION OF THE DOA/DYING LIVESTOCK, THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEE.

HOW TO FILE A DOA CLAIM

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU HAPPEN TO RECEIVE DEAD/DYING LIVESTOCK:

Document any DOA's - take a picture of your packing slip(supplied in your shipping box) as well as clear pictures/videos of anything that arrives dead/dying. When taking pictures of dead/ dying corals, please make sure that the pictures are clear, corals are in water, and that the pictures are taken with white aquarium lights on.

LIVESTOCK SHIPPING (to be revised)

  • $34.99. Livestock orders over $299 ship free.
  • All live items are shipped Standard Overnight Monday - Thursday and usually arrive 10:30am EST.
  • Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday - Thursday are shipped out same day, orders made after 2pm or on Fridays ship the next business day.
  • In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must submit a DOA request within 2 hours of delivery (Shipping Carrier posted time).
  • Once we receive the request we will issue a replacement or store credit.
  • The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on livestock or shipping.
  • Beverly's Pets cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your carrier shipment to arrive late. Keep in mind we do whatever we can do to make it right!
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • We do not ship livestock outside of the continental US.

REFUND POLICY

Livestock Corals

The majority of our livestock products are all individually photographed and listed on our site as WYSIWYG, therefore all purchases are final". Our website instantly removes a product once it's sold which does not allow other customers to purchase. In the event that an order is requested to be cancelled we can offer you 100% credit for 12 months or a refund with a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns for any livestock purchased. If livestock comes in dead or damaged, reference our "Alive Arrival Guarantee," section.

Alive Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that all livestock (coral, fish, inverts, etc) will arrive alive and as described. In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) a DOA claim form must be filled out within 2 hours of package delivery (Carrier posted time), along with clear photos and videos of the injured or dead livestock, both in the shipping bag and out of bag. In the event that a buyer does not contact Beverly's pet Center in the specified 2 hour time frame, Beverly's Pet Center reserves the right to decline DOA coverage.

Buyer must be at location to receive delivery, not doing so voids all DOA coverage. No exceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. Verified DOA's will be fully credited with replacement coral or the value of the original DOA coral towards future purchase. Shipping costs are not covered or refunded. We cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased then a credit will be issued. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Beverly's Pet Center cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your carrier shipment to arrive late.
